For League duo queue, bot lane synergy (ADC + Support) is the strongest duo combination because you share a lane. Mid + Jungle is the next best for map control. When matching, prioritize players who play complementary roles to yours. A Support main looking for an ADC main creates immediate value. Also consider play schedule — finding someone who plays at the same hours matters as much as skill level.
